Please avoid this hotel! I really don't understand the positive reviews of the hotel. The hotel absolutely does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. When I got into the room, dust everywhere, hair from previous guests in the shower area, insufficiently cleaned toilet. The next day I asked for a thorough cleaning, but the lady at the hotel did not understand me. So I asked a Romanian-speaking colleague to call the hotel and the receptionist was very unpleasant. Of course, upon arrival in the room, nothing was cleaned.

I have visited this hotel on 31st of January. I had a business meeting and I waited my business partner in the lobby. The receptionist on duty was a lady who probably worked before in a state owned hotel or somewhere where kindness or being polite is considered a bad joke. She answered all my questions with a rude tone, questioning and completing every one of my sentences. -Is possible to have a cup of coffee in the restaurant? -You can have a coffee if this is all you want to drink... After waiting 5 minutes, the restaurant was empty and nobody asked us abour our order, I went out and asked the receptionist about the waiter. - A certain person should come. -Can you call this person and tell her that there are people waiting to be served? -How should I know where this person is ? I sincerely give owner a free advice. Get rid of this receptionist asap.

I had reservation for this hotel but on arrival the service we have received from the front desk was atrocious - the receptionist was outright rude and barely responding to my questions about the room we have booked. After spending 5 minutes not really getting anywhere I realized my reservation had free cancellation and we instead booked neighboring hotel Leonardo Hotel Bucharest City Center - where receptionist was kind, fun and accommodated us in a drastically better way!

Good atmosphere, clean rooms, comfy beds, good body care means. Centrally located. A little more expensive than one could expect, I mean a little bit overrated. Mediocre breakfast room, average breakfast and awful Wi-Fi.

Quite bad experience. No air conditioning available at level 4th when there are 26 degrees.. Very low pressure of water in shower. Dust everywhere. The receptionist doesn't understand basic romanian language. For what it supposed to be a 4 stars hotel in the center of Bucharest, it needs lots of improvements or a change of management. Not recommended! 👎🏻

We spend 1night in the hotel,when we are moving from a country to another,the receptionist was helpful,when he saw that we come on the night and we don’t have any place where to stay he arranged a lovely,clean room immediately,thank you Dor!!!!! The second day we passed a half day,we met Rabii,he was always helpful with ordering the taxis,and printing some essentiel documents, we really leaving the country with good memories. This is with you Dor&Rabii Thank you so much Respect 5stars not enough

Nice place, but doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel anymore. More like 3. The staff - most of it anyway and especially the foreign workers - are very friendly and knowledgeable. The food used to be better and the breakfast options better as well. Rooms are ok but they require a bit of upkeep and repairs.

I booked this hotel after seeingvit had good reviews. I bboked 2 rooms, each with a double bed. Eventually could hardly sleep....these are my comments. Pros: location, clean rooms. Cons: worst mattress I have ever had in a hotel. Felt the springs in my back, and, mattress was crooked.... AC in hotel is already in winter mode, meaning it only heats...but, the rooms were warm and suffocating. Only way to get the temp down and get some fresh air was by opening window, but, than noise from street was loud and kept being attacked by mosquitoes...
